Ikea Kallax Paper Storage
I am so happy with all of the paper storage items I purchased to go into the Ikea Kallax unit. I purchased two of the IKEA 8.5 x 11 MAX and two 12 x 12 units. This is the paper storage of my dreams. The units are ready-made and safely packaged for travel, and slide right in. Immediately, I filled them with my card stock and papers, and I am in heaven! It is so easy to grab what I need and to put it away. I also purchased storage sleeves for my scraps that also fit in the unit, and the labeling system. These are wonderful products!
This paper storage is top notch!
I have tried about everything for paper storage. We pay so much for good paper so storing it in the absolute best way is important. This is that way. Functional with the sliding shelves. Easy to see when you want a specific color or need more. Comes packaged perfectly so you just remove from the box and put straight in to your IKEA Kallax shelf and add paper. I wish I would have just done this first because I would have been money ahead and saved myself so much time.

Best for Paper
These are really the best option for 8.5x11 cardstock if you have the room for the ikea cabinet. I've tried lots of different ways to store paper and I love this method.

A fantastic way to store all your paper
I have always struggled with a good way to store my paper and to easily access it. What I love about the unit I purchased is that it fits exactly into my Kallax cube and it holds both my 8 1/2 x 11 and 12x 12 paper! I have backstock of some of my most used 8 1/2 x 11 elsewhere in cabinet, but this allows me to see the colors I have, plus specialty papers (like mirrored or shimmer cardstock) as well as my 12 x 12 paper at a glance. I find myself using it all more. I even have A4 pads from some companies in the storage unit as well.
I cannot recommend this highly enough. Like all Stamp and Storage products it is made of the highest quality and I also buy my pieces painted, but of course you can buy them in them in normal wood and use them that way, or paint them yourself. This is a company that really cares about crafters needs and puts customer service at the top of what they do. I’m a customer for life!

I have been paper crafting for a 3 years, I have tried organizing card stock many different ways, I was not happy with any of the organization styles. I finally decided this is the year to get the best paper organization tool on the market. I am so delighted I can see all the beautiful colors of card stock at a glance.
Paper storage cubes for Kalax
I have tried every which way to organize my cardstock. After several years I finally got the 8 1/2 X 11 add on for my Kalax unit. I ordered 2 to start out with to see how I would like it. Well I loved it and order 2 more. Now my 1 x 4 Kalax unit is complete. While I did have an issue with my 2nd order Stamp n Storage customer service promptly got in contact with me. I couldn’t be happier - they stand by their product. Like I said before I have tried many other ways to store my paper and by far this is the best for me. Thank you Stamp n Storage! I ordered 8 max paper storage cubes, very fast shipping received in about 1 week, however, 2 were broken. Contacted customer service sent pictures & they promptly replaced them, again in less than 1 week. Again I highly recommend in both quality and service. Will definitely be ordering more items for my craftroom.

My cubes were purchased over 10 years ago at Michael's. They still sell them. I was so happy that the IKEA paper inserts fit in my cubes. I love organization but I was not willing to buy new cubes when I had so many. Good job!

Just what I needed
As I am organizing my craftroom, I look to StampnStuff for just the products I need. I just purchase more items for my Kallax units. These 8 1/2 by 11 paper holders helped me organize all my paper in rainbow order. I purchased 3 total & use the 12 x 12 slots for my card base colors. I love that they are now available in white, and so does my hubby. Now he doesn’t have to paint them!

This is a very sturdy, well-built storage unit. It works perfectly for my needs. The spaces to fill with paper are perfectly sized and I love the side shelves for more storage. This is my third one, I purchased two a year or two ago and was extremely happy with them. I would recommend StampnStorage products to others.

I ordered 4 of these to hold my SU cardstock. I have been wanting them for a couple of years and finally was able to get them! They hold all of my c/s. I ordered the spacers so I could use the 12x12 for the 8 1/2x11 to maximize use.

Love this product. It arrived intact, took out of the box and put it right on the shelf it fit perfectly and I can see all the papers I have at a clients.
Great Paper Storage
This is the first time I had ordered one of these paper holders. Over the years I have used different paper holders I do not regret buying these as they are way better quality than the ones I have used over the years.
One thing that I had noticed which is minor is that the one side is not straight. The only reason I can see that is because its sitting next to another holder.
I know these are for the kallax units, but I was hoping they would work for the shorter besta units which was not the case as I had miscalculated the measurements. That is on me. Which is why I could tell that the one side is not perfect. I will keep buying this size in the future to keep it uniform in size. In case I do decide to get a kallax unit in the future, they will fit in there without a problem.

I am currently creating a craft room , after 15 years of crafting using a disorganized basement multipurpose basement room. I finally have a corner space that is lively and organized! I have a 4x4 Kallaos unit, which the card stock organizers fit perfectly and look great! I love how they look and function! They are a bit pricey, but worth every penny !

I have purchased he 12 x 12 and max 8 1/2 x 11. Both are outstanding quality. Hint for others: make sure you take into account the dividers take up space. I will need to purchase a few more but have been very impressed with all items so far.

Wonderful for all the loose cardstock and paper
This fits so much! I was able to nicely organize my cardstock in one unit and I have a second unit for all my loose specialty and printed paper. I love the included 12x12 paper storage slots which make this very versitile, especially for cardmakers. My only wish is that it had predrilled holes and screws for the Ikea-sized until to secure it from moving when taking paper in and out.

NOTE: I do not have Ikea cubes to put these into. I have cubes from a different company so my size is not the Ikea size. However, they work as I had hoped.

I love all the products I’ve purchased for my new craft room in our new home! Love the way you can adjust the slots if you have more of one paper than another or for better grouping. I love the 12 x12 rolling crate with the 8 1/2 x 11 additional crate for storing my extra paper packs that I use regularly. Slides right under my desk.... Great labeling system too! Not sure I’v ever had my paper so organized. 6 x6 paper storage such a bonus! Looking forward to my latest order to better organize my die cuts and the locked punch storage !!!!!

AMAZING storage option!
After several years of searching for the best storage solution for my cardstock, I saw a pin on Pinterest that showed these amazing dividers in the IKEA bin shelving units. I just so happen to store all my crafting supplies in that Kallax shelf, so this is perfect. I love how the wood is cut with an indentation so paper can easily be pulled out for use, and it fits PERFECTLY. Phenomenal product!

If I had it to do over, I would have just gone with the straight 15 slot holder. I wanted all of my 8.5x11 paper stored vertically & with the max, the extra 4 slots have to be on top or bottom for my paper to stand vertically. I'm using those slots for other paper, so it's not like it's a waste.

I really like this product - it is very sturdy even as a free-standing unit rather than as an insert. While it will eventually make it to my crafting space, it is currently in use for my 'working from home during COVID-19 restrictions' space. It shipped quickly and I am very glad I ordered it!

Paper Storage Solution
Paper storage is always a challenge but Stampn Storage has solved that problem. I don't have Ikea storage but a different book case that the 8.5x11 Max for Ikea fit in perfectly. Having the 12x12 slots on the side adds more functionality. The construction of the units is suburb.

Absolutely love it! I bought this drawer cabinet to hold my wooden stamps. I no longer have to search through my baskets looking for certain stamps. I labeled my drawers by theme.
